Cancellation Policy

HOLIDAY HULLABALOO PHOTOGRAPHER'S AGREEMENT GUIDELINES AND POLICIES Thank you for your interest in conducting photo sessions at Holiday Hullabaloo. To maintain our exceptional customer experience while accommodating local photographers, we have established the following guidelines and policies. To finalize your booking you must agree to these policies, along with emailing a copy of your liability insurance letter to tracy@holidayhullabaloo.com. Booking and Availability: Photographers can rent time slots for photo sessions (non-private). Limited to four (4) photographers per day. Book early to secure your preferred date and time. Rates and Booking: $75 per hour $125 for 2 hours $150 for 3 hours $375 for a full day Available dates: December 2-5, 9-12, 16-19, 2024 (Monday-Thursday) Times: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Evening sessions (Tuesdays only): December 3, 10, 17, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Book online to reserve your slot. Payment is due at the time of booking. Rules and Regulations: All photography sessions require a prior appointment. Clients must remain with the photographer at all times. Unauthorized wandering or playing in displays will result in additional charges: $20 for ages 4-12 $30 for ages 13+ A certificate of liability insurance is required, listing Holiday Hullabaloo as additionally insured. Email tracy@holidayhullabaloo.com before your scheduled session. Failure to provide will result in an additional $150 charge. Only photographers are permitted on-site during shoots. Additional personnel must be pre-approved. Photographers and clients are responsible for the cleanup and proper disposal of all trash. All props must be removed upon departure. h. Small props are allowed; large props require prior approval. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather. Unauthorized Sessions: Any unauthorized photo sessions will be asked to leave immediately.
